Dj Mister Cee was monumental in the New York City Hip Hop community. He helped bring The Notorious B.I.G to the forefront or rap during the early 90's. Mister Cee or The Finisher as they called him was a well known and respected DJ. He will be missed and always respected for his contributions to the culture.
